Going Beyond Mentorship Project

The Going Beyond Mentorship Project stemmed from a perceived need for mentorship among Nigerian young ladies. This idea was conceived by a few of my friends who felt the burden to serve as mentors for younger ladies and we went on to recruit more mentors within our network. It kicked off with a professional development training; young ladies who desired to be mentored in the area of academics, career and entrepreneurship were matched with older Nigerian ladies in different parts of the world who had journeyed similar paths.
